WHITEvoid for Vodafone IFA: 1500m² booth from September 5th – 10th
WHITEvoid is designing Vodafone‘s stand for this year’s IFA consumer electronics fair in Berlin (September 5th – 10th). The main attraction of the 1500m2 presentation is a three-dimensional light sculpture that emulates the Vodafone network. This web of connections is reinterpreted in light with the help of 300 moving- and 400 static-light Kinetic Lights modules, as well as 150 dynamic LED strips which are set into the ground. In the center of the stand is a 360° stage with a foldable screen tower for the extensive entertainment program provided during the fair. The stand also offers an array of interactive areas which give the visitor the chance to create and be part the Vodafone brand and experience.
To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall: From the 7th – 9th of November the 15.3 kilometer frontier that once divided the city will be re-imagined in light by thousands of illuminated balloons, following the former route of the Berliner Mauer: the LICHTGRENZE (or border of lights). The brothers Christopher Bauder and Marc Bauderconceived the idea of the LICHTGRENZE in 2011, supported by the Robert-Havemann-Gesellschaft e.V.and developed with the help of Kulturprojekte Berlin GmbH.
All light elements of the LICHTGRENZE light installation were developed and produced by WHITEvoid.
WHITEvoid is responsible for the complete design of this years Vodafone stand at the CeBIT computer fair. This includes the interior architecture and integrated light sculpture. All areas of the stand are connected through the monumental network-like light installation composed of 450 static and 250 Kinetic Lights elements. This unexpected light experience makes the Vodafone stand a particular adventure into the world of telecommunications.

CITROËN celebrates the 5th anniversary of its DS-Models and at the same time marks the 136th birthday of its founder Andre Citroën while also presenting its newest C4 Cactus model, along with the longest (65m) Kinetic Lights installation ever. The idea for the “The Paper Wave” installation comes from CITROËN and agency Lever de Rideau, its effective implementation from WHITEvoid designers and engineers.
